You can order a photo or painting on-line and can either have it sent framed or just as is. A great way to save money is to buy the photo without the frame and frame it yourself. Craft stores always have great deals on frames and mat board, so instead of paying a couple hundred dollars for a painting and frame, you can save by framing it yourself. Another great website that has handmade crafts and paintings is www.etsy.com. Splurging is fun to do once in awhile, but you don't have to make it a habit when decorating your home. You can make your home inviting without spending your entire paycheck!
