The Amco Rub-Away bar removes any odor from your hands, naturally. Crafted in the shape of a bar of soap, Amco’s stainless-steel bar rubs away food odors from your hands. The bar runs about $7-8. Actually, you can have the same result simply by rubbing your hand along a metal surface, like your sink faucet.

So do your hands have to be wet when you rub them against the faucet?  Do you wash your hands first and then rub them against metal. Is it just any metal or stainless steel?

If anyone has the answers, I’d love to hear them. Thanks Kacie for the truly budget-friendly tip.

Any stainless steel surface will do. Your hands should be wet - either rub under running cold water or wet your hands first before rubbing stainless steel.
